	Event Description: Join Dr. Sumitra Bentur B.A.M.S,DYT and Megan Prenty RYT 200, for a Hatha Yoga and Ayurvedic wellness weekend retreat at the Xenia Creative Development Center on Bowen Island. This weekend intensive will focus on Hatha Yoga and Restorative Yoga classes, Guided meditation and Pranayama classes. The retreat will also feature Ayurvedic health seminars on cleansing techniques, stress management as well as nutrition and diet. Cost: $525 per person. Included in the cost is accommodation, vegetarian meals with vegan options as well as use of the Xenia centers facilities such as the labyrinth and garden.
