Rainbeau Mars brings with her a lifetime of learning and practicing yoga. She is founder of the ra\'yoKa fitness system, a unique blend of yoga, martial arts movement, and core conditioning. Rainbeau is the global ambassador for Adidas and author and creator of numerous yoga DVDs. She has appeared on several TV shows and magazine covers.

An innovative and integrative practice designed to enhance the fundamental principles of yoga with breath- centered flow, dynamic, explosive martial arts movements and core connection.
