Are you ready to take the next step in your career as a yoga teacher?

Are you committed to deepening your yoga practice through exploring more advanced postures, learning the subtle aspects of all postures, and delving deeper into pranayama, meditation and yoga philosophy?

Are you a dedicated learner willing to work both independently and in a group as you study and develop a yoga specialty to share with the world?

The SOYA 300 hour upgrade is the program that you’ve been waiting for. Two weekend intensives plus weekly Thursday meetings allow you to maintain your regular teaching schedule while connecting with a community of teachers dedicated to learning to share yoga to specialized groups and to intermediate/advanced practitioners. Two sabbaticals (4 & 14 weeks) afford you the time to pursue studies in your area of interest and prepare to present your yoga specialty to your peers and specialty audience.
