Event Description:

At ARKAYA Awaken to your highest potential. Integrate body, emotion and mind with the universal consciousness in the Foundation/ Yoga Bija programme. It is the first segment (covers 30 hrs + 5 hrs of seva) of the Yoga Teacher's programme and can be attended independently of the teacher’s course. A unique programme to gain a deeper understanding of both Yoga and Yourself. This is open to anyone who has the willingness to SEE themselves clearly and consciously evolve. Shift old unnecessary patterns effortlessly. Yogacharini Maitreyi known for her in-depth understanding of yoga and gentle, mindful teaching methods, will be in Vancouver to teach the teacher's course each year. She also runs a trust in India for slum children.
