TALKS AND SATSANG DISCUSSION, ĀSANA, MEDITATION, KĪRTAN – JAMES BOAG

TALKS AND SATSANG DISCUSSION, ĀSANA, MEDITATION, KĪRTAN – JAMES BOAG
Jul 31, 2015 - Aug 02, 2015
7:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Talks and Satsang discussion, āsana, meditation, kīrtan

Gain new perspectives and clarity on the practical applications of yoga and bring the teachings of yoga into all aspects of your life with the inspirational James Boag.

Whether this is your very first encounter with Yoga teachings, or you have been practising and studying yoga for decades, this workshop will invite you to dive deeper into the gis of yoga and examine more keenly how we can use yoga to understand ourselves more thoroughly and foster greater harmony, balance and efficiency in all we are and do.

James Boag is a unique teacher of practical, applied yoga philosophy. Drawing on his background in languages and teaching, he brings the practical essence of traditional Indian teachings into the vivid context of our human lives today. James uses mythology, storytelling and interpretation to bring forth the beating heart of a tradition that has stayed alive because it is relevant. He has been a teacher since 1993, teaching yogasana and leading kirtan since 2003, and teaching yoga texts, direct from the Sanskrit originals since 2006. This will be his third visit to Vancouver.
