Inner Space Yoga is a beautiful and sustainably appointed yoga studio, in the heart of Gastown. Offering the best in Hatha, Anusara, Vinyasa and Yin, our intention is to elevate the quality and environment of Vancouver's yoga community.
Our custom designed, double studio is bright, tastefully decorated, and sustainably finished, with local softwood, reclaimed timber and cork floors. With over 3000 square feet, two yoga rooms, a wide variety of classes, and a tea room to relax in after class, Inner Space Yoga is the perfect place to cultivate your inner beauty.

just yoga is a brand new studio offering a down-to-earth approach to gentle and meditative forms of yoga including stiff folks, beginners, yin, restorative, classic hatha, yoga nidra, kundalini and more. We offer a spacious but cozy & beautiful space in which to practice, and a warm, friendly, welcoming atmosphere, with affordable options and discounts for students, seniors and those on low incomes. Health & wellness workshops throughout the year and a shop at the front of the studio selling eco-friendly yoga mats & goodies. We operate with a sustainable policy and try to minimise our eco footprint wherever possible.
