We offer a world class 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher Training as well as various workshops and events.

Inner Space Yoga is a beautiful and sustainably appointed yoga studio, in the heart of Gastown. Offering the best in Hatha, Anusara, Vinyasa and Yin, our intention is to elevate the quality and environment of Vancouver's yoga community.
Our custom designed, double studio is bright, tastefully decorated, and sustainably finished, with local softwood, reclaimed timber and cork floors. With over 3000 square feet, two yoga rooms, a wide variety of classes, and a tea room to relax in after class, Inner Space Yoga is the perfect place to cultivate your inner beauty.
Tibetan Heart Yoga (THY) is dedicated to teaching yoga students the higher practice of yoga, taking care of others, and meditation working from the inside and the outside. Each yoga class includes the study of the inner winds and the subtle changes of body and mind using our thoughts, breathing (pranayama), postures (asana), and ethical living.
We learn to how to practise our yoga on the mat and perfect our yoga off the mat. THY series (1-8) and meditation classes are offered to provide a full program for interested students.
